These terms apply to official AGC Shop 3D-print requests. They do not turn AGC into a payment processor or guarantee that every requested project can be made.
Commission requests are available to people age 13 and older. Guests may request a quote without an AGC account by providing a name and phone number. Members may submit through their account.
You must have permission to share and print every STL, image, PDF, reference, and external link you submit. Do not submit pirated, stolen, unlawful, unsafe, or malicious files. AGC may decline a request when the file is unusable, the licensing is unclear, the material is unsafe, or the work is outside AGC’s capabilities.
A submitted request is only a request for a quote. It is not an order, a promise of production, or a binding price. AGC Shop will confirm feasibility, price, material, timing, and pickup details directly before starting work. Character miniatures are generally listed at $2 each; terrain and larger prints are quoted based on size, material, and print time.
AGC does not collect payment through this site. Payment and pickup are coordinated directly after a request is accepted, typically by cash or another mutually agreed method such as Venmo. Any tax, refund, remake, cancellation, or delivery arrangement must be confirmed directly for the specific job before work begins.
AGC uses your name, phone number, optional email, project notes, and attachment only to review, quote, complete, support, or resolve your request. The request and attached file are removed when the request is cleared from the AGC Shop order queue. If you need a request removed sooner, contact AGC before production begins.
3D printing can involve visible layer lines, color variation, tolerance limits, and occasional print failures. AGC cannot promise that a supplied file is error-free or that every requested result will match a reference exactly. Do not use an AGC print for safety-critical, medical, legal, or regulated purposes.
