AGC respects creators’ rights and expects members, sellers, and guests to share only material they have permission to use. This policy covers posts, avatars, images, files, STL models, shop listings, and links submitted through AGC.
Use the AGC contact and report page with the subject “Copyright report.” Include your name and contact information, the exact AGC URL or other clear location of the material, a description of the copyrighted work, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
After receiving a sufficiently detailed report, AGC may remove, disable, or restrict access to the reported material while we review it. We may contact the uploader for context and may preserve relevant records when necessary to handle the report or comply with law.
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact AGC through the same route with the disputed location, your contact information, a clear explanation, and a statement made in good faith that the removal was mistaken. AGC may restore material when appropriate, but is not required to do so.
AGC may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe other people’s rights. We may also remove shop access or decline commission requests involving files that appear unlicensed, unsafe, or unlawful to print.
AGC intends to maintain a clear notice-and-takedown process for user content. The site operator must keep the public copyright contact route current and, when relying on U.S. DMCA safe-harbor protections, register and maintain a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
